Usage Terms & Conditions

  • This service follows a subscription-based pricing model. Bills are determined according to the number of unit subscriptions.
  • The number of units refers to the total number of machines configured on the APM management portal.
  • Your current subscription determines the maximum number of units that can be configured on the APM management portal. Once the number of units on the APM management portal reaches the subscribed amount, the ability of M2I/CNC API service will be disabled. To reactivate the M2I/CNC API service function, either reduce the number of machines configured on the APM management portal or increase the number of unit subscriptions.
  • When the service subscription is terminated or expires, customers’ WISE-PaaS data is retained for 90 days. After this period, all data such as user information, temporary storage files, and data backups is deleted and cannot be retrieved.
  • To deploy this service successfully, the associated WISE-PaaS/EnSaaS (PaaS) platform must be registered, have sufficient availability, and satisfy the minimum system requirements.
  • If usage of the registered WISE-PaaS/EnSaaS platform services, such as IoT Hub Messages, App Space, and DB Storage, has exceeded the subscription amount, customers will be billed for the additional usage according to the WISE-PaaS/ EnSaaS platform pricing policy.
  • Refer to the WISE-PaaS service level agreement (SLA) for additional information regarding the terms and conditions of this service.
